Overview
Píël-kethi Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 17th century in late winter of the year 1569, by Ghrungla Gadonho. The establishment of Píël-kethi Dêtîkè was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Píël-kethi Dêtîkè's construction back out of the project. Ghrungla Gadonho pushed on reguardles, and Píël-kethi Dêtîkè was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Píël-kethi Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Píël-kethi Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Píël-kethi Dêtîkè is is constructed arround a semi-circular narrow flagstone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Unfortuantly, these minimaly adiquite are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
A look around Píël-kethi Dêtîkè has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine with the abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the town places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Píël-kethi Dêtîkè long.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Píël-kethi Dêtîkè was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Píël-kethi Dêtîkè lost 226 people, 204 livestock, and 48 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 194, when members of Píël-kethi Dêtîkè's militia enacted an operation to escort a particular mine to a safe location. The operation was complicated by the officers in charge fight among themselves, weakening the army as a whole. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the mine, which ended in a stalemate for Píël-kethi Dêtîkè's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Píël-kethi Dêtîkè's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
